REFUNDS

At Baseline Survival Inc. we want you to be confident that you made the right decision in purchasing our kit. We offer a 15-day return policy on unopened BSP-221 Survival PACKs. Each box is sealed with a serialized tamper tag which must remain uncut. Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will credit you for your purchase via your original payment method, minus delivery/shipping charges. In the case the 15-day time period has passed since your initial purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or credit. If there are any issues, please email us at info@baselinesurvival.com or call us at 1-888-355-3058. Prior to shipping your item back, you will require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA), which we will provide. We suggest you consider using a shipping service with a tracking number as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.

Baseline Survival Inc. will replace items only in the case they are damaged or defective.
