We require our staff to wear protective equipment as they work on assembling each kit. This also ensures quality control. Health and safety is a top concern at Baseline Survival as we work together to manage a situation that is constantly evolving.

GENERAL FAQ

Why is the BSP-221 case tamper-proof?
The cases are tamper-proof to ensure the products are of the highest quality. This is for your safety as well as others, as items that are damaged can cause possible injury or death if used incorrectly.

What can I do if I receive my BSP-221 kit, and it is damaged?
In the case of damaged kits, please contact customer service. We will assist you to rectify the situation as soon as possible.

Are the products in the BSP-221 Survival kit durable?
Yes. All of the items in the BSP-221 Survival Kit are durable and are able to withstand changing weather conditions when used properly.

Do you have quality control?
Yes. We do have quality control at Baseline Survival. Our team ensures that all items are thoroughly inspected before a kit is assembled. This ensures the quality of our products and the confidence of our customers.

Can the BSP-221 Survival Kit be used by families?
Yes. Some items (not all) can be used by multiple people in a family unit. Some items are single-use and should be treated accordingly. All products in the BSP-221 are for adult-use only. Children should not use products without adult supervision.

Are your survival kits accessible to all?
We pride ourselves on choosing products that are accessible to all, regardless of skill level or outdoor experience. We just want you to have fun!

Why can’t I return an opened box?
Boxes cannot be returned once opened. We have no way of knowing what the issue is with the box, if it was tampered with, or if it was an oversight by the manufacturer.

What about the expiry dates on the food rations contained in the kit?
While we cannot guarantee that rations will not expire by the time of use, we try to ensure a 4-5 year Best Before date on all food rations contained in our kits.

Are the First-Aid items found in the BSP-221 up to date?
Yes. All medical supplies are up-to-date, are easy to use and are multi-purpose.

Are the items contained in the BSP-221 multi-purpose?
Yes. Some items contained in the BSP-221 are multi-purpose and can be used for a variety of tasks.

Do you have insurance on your survival kits in case of loss?
All of our kits are insured to ensure that the product is delivered as expected.

What courier service do you use for your survival kits?
Baseline Survival uses Canada Post to deliver its items.

How long does shipping take?
Due to the on-going Covid-19 pandemic, shipping dates are not guaranteed and are estimates only. Baseline Survival will do its best to ensure that products are received in a timely manner. Our customers’ patience is greatly appreciated as customer satisfaction is of utmost importance.

How do I check the status of my order?
You will be provided with a tracking number when the item is shipped out.

Do you have a money-back guarantee?
At Baseline Survival Inc. we want you to be confident that you made the right decision in purchasing our kit. We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened BSP-221 Survival Kits. Each box is sealed with a serialized tamper tag which must remain uncut. Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will credit you for your purchase via your original payment method, minus delivery/shipping charges. In the case that the 30-day time period has passed since your initial purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or credit.   To complete your refund, you will require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. If you have any concerns, please email us at Info@baselinesurvival.com or call us at 1-888-355-3058. Please consider using a shipping service with a tracking number as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning. We suggest using Canada Post.

Replacement Items
Baseline Survival Inc. will replace items only in the case they are damaged or defective.
